ALFA’s unique baffled airflow system provides more circulation of flame and heat compared to competitors’ ovens, and their in-house ALFA refractory hearth tiles provide better heat retention and absorption.   The combination of low mass and high insulation means very fast heat up times and consistent high temperatures, perfect for home pizza making, grilling, and wood-fired cooking of any type.  These wood-fired ovens come in a variety of sizes and styles, and can be purchased with or without a stand so that you can incorporate them into an outdoor kitchen or use as a stand-alone appliance.  ALFA wood-fired ovens can be easily moved and can be easily placed anywhere on your property without any extra site work.
