Startup Commercial Bread Oven
With ID 48×50 inches, this oven can be used for a cottage bakery setup. 4.5″ mass in walls and 5″ in hearth plus 8-12″ insulation can deliver 4-8 loads per firing depending on type of breads and the ability of the baker to start hot and finish cool. Concrete blocks provide a fast, economical, and functional enclosure to protect the oven, and can be finished with stucco, tile, or other veneer surfaces.
